1. Delivery Charges for online orders.
Lesetja Organics uses aramex courier services to courier all orders made online to customers at flat rate of R99. This is to ensure our clients orders are delivered straight to the comfort of your home or your preferred address that you would have provisioned when you made your online order.
Once an order has been placed online, it may take 2 – 5 business days for the order to be delivered to yourself.

2. Is it safe to shop on Lesetja Organics Online Shop?
Payments processed online are secured by Payfast, a highly trusted and established payment solution in South Africa.
3. What happens after making an order?
When you place an order online and have paid for it, you will receive a system generated invoice on your mail address to confirm your order. Our team at Lesetja Organics will contact you to confirm that they have received the order.
Your order is then package and prepared for shipping. If your order is made before 12 pm, Our team will make efforts to have your order shipping the same day, or it will then be send the next following day.
4. What if i get a damaged product or it does not arrive?
You can contact us on using the contact information provided, contact form on the website or WhatsApp us.
If the product is damaged, we will arrange for you courier it back to us at our cost so we can replace it or refund you money back. If the products do not arrive, we will investigate with the courier company and make alternative means for you to receive a replacement package.
